FAQs

  • Do you have makeup 1-on-1 classes for more than 2 people?

Not at the moment. As of now, the focus of the class is to give up to 2 people my undivided attention and make sure you are properly applying your makeup.

  • Do you travel to other cities?

Yes. However, if you are booking for an out of town service, it must be a group service for 4 or more people..

  • When i get a wig, can I get it with more than one color in it?

Yes, before you get to checkout there will be a form for you to state what you desire.

  • Can I pay half of my payment and pay the rest later?

No. You will not be able to checkout without paying the full amount when shopping. For all services you must pay a deposit to book and will pay the remainder upon arriving to your appointment.

  • Can I pickup my order?

Yes. If you are picking up your order you are still required to pay online and email “VivaVik Artistry” to pick up your order in the Collierville, TN area. All other orders will be shipped. Please see Shipping Details.

  • Can I color my hair?

Yes. All hair can be bleached, cut, curled, and colored as desired.

  • How long does it take to ship?

  • Can I preorder sold out products?
