TRAVEL | DEPOSITS + 
CANCELLATIONS

​

• TRAVEL:
  I only travel for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Bridal Parties, Fashion shows, Film, VIP events, or Group Appointments (Four plus). Travel fees vary depending on your location and will be quoted for in your consultation.
   

• VIP EARLY/LATE APPOINTMENTS:
  This service can be requested via email and additional $25.00 fee will apply to your balance.
   

• SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS:
  Same day appointments will include an additional $20.00 fee that will apply to your balance.
   

• RETAINER:
  A $25.00 non-refundable retainer for your selected service is required when booking, per person. They are deducted from the total of your selected service.
   

• CONFIRMATION/LOCATION:
  Upon receiving your secured deposit, a confirmation email with the address will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
  Remaining balances are due upon arrival and must be paid through an invoice, PayPal, Square, or Cash App. NO cash.
   

• CANCELLATIONS:
  If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me via text/email 48 hours prior to retain your deposit towards your next appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will NOT apply to any future appointment. No refunds.
   

• RESCHEDULING:
  You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once. (if another reschedule is needed, you will be charged $10.00 , if you are unable to make the rescheduled time your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll no longer be able to book services. Your retainer will still apply towards that future appointment.

 

LATE FEES

All late fees will be applied to your remaining balance as follow. Please be courteous of the time.

$10.00 – if you are 10 minutes late 

$15.00 – if you are 15 minutes late.

After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
If you sent notice prior we will reschedule and your deposit will be credited to your future appointment. If no notice was received, you will have to book a new appointment and your deposit will not be credited to your future appointment.

 

GUIDELINES
 

• No kids or extra people unless they are being serviced as well.

• No Cellphones are allowed during appointments, as it prolongs time.

• No Cash. We only accept card payments.
  
  COVID-19 GUIDELINES
   

• All clients must wear a face mask upon arrival to appointment, mask will be removed once your service begins.

• All clients will be asked to leave all personal belongings (including Cell Phones) near the door.

• To protect both the client and myself, I will wear a mask and gloves for the duration of appointment.

• If you are not feeling well or suspect you have a fever, please email me so we can reschedule your appointment.
